Beginner: Individuals who are either completely new or at least somewhat new to consistent weight training.
Intermediate: Individuals who have at least 6 months of consistent training; improved work capacity and volume tolerance to some degree, and learned perfect form on every exercise.
Advanced: Individuals with the highest weight training level; has already gotten the majority of the results they wanted to get and are extremely close to reaching their natural genetic potential.

Doc, is this program only for women?
No! In fact I suggest men just lift heavier weights. Do this with your husband, boyfriend, ormale family members. You can adjust workouts based on your fitness level.
How much weight should I use?
I would recommend starting where you’re comfortable then working your way up to heavier weights maybe in the 4th week when your form is optimized. Feel free to MODIFY ANY WORKOUT OR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT USED.
Why are we doing the same exercises each week?
Muscle memory is important to growth. You want to protect each movement with proper form and precision. If you do the same moves each week on the same day your body will thank you for it!
I only want to lose stomach fat!
There is no way to spot reduce fat, you must lose weight everywhere but adding weights will help maintain other areas.
